This notice explains what data Signling collects, why, the cookies we use, and the choices you have. It covers the Signling marketing site (signling.com) and the Signling web app (app.signling.com).
Signling provides sign-language learning courses. If you have any question about your data or want to exercise your rights, contact us at privacy@signling.com.
| Data | Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Account data — email, name, and your learning progress (lessons completed, streak, XP) | To create and run your account and save your progress | Performance of a contract |
| Product analytics — pages/screens viewed, buttons clicked, lessons started/completed, an anonymous device identifier, and the campaign/referrer that brought you (UTM parameters) | To understand how Signling is used and improve it, and to measure which channels bring new learners | Your consent |
Analytics cookies and local storage are set only after you accept in the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected. Strictly necessary storage needed to run the app (for example, keeping you signed in) is always used, as the service cannot function without it.
We may update this notice as the product evolves. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
