These terms govern your use of the Signling marketing site (signling.com) and the Signling web app (app.signling.com). By creating an account or using Signling, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Signling.
Signling is a sign-language learning service. It is currently in free beta: it is provided free of charge, is under active development, and may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable from time to time. Features may be added, changed, or removed as we improve the product.
Use Signling for lawful, personal, non-commercial learning. Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the service, and do not use it to harm others or infringe anyone's rights.
Signling's lessons, videos, illustrations, the Pip mascot, and software are owned by Signling or its licensors and are protected by law. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them for your own learning. Please do not copy, redistribute, or resell them.
Signling is free during beta. If we introduce paid plans in the future, the price and terms will be shown clearly and you will be asked to agree before any charge is ever made. We will not charge you without your explicit, informed consent.
Signling is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. It is a learning aid, not a substitute for professional instruction or certification, and we do not guarantee that it is error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will make you fluent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signling is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this free beta service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence always apply and are not affected by these terms.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
